Hadi Shriners are an organization that facilitates assistance to any child whose
parents are unable to pay for needed surgical, medical and hospitals and is located in
Evansville Indiana. Shriners Hospitals for Crippled Children are located throughout North
America. These Orthopedic and Burn Hospitals are open to all children.

Hospital Staff

The Hadi Shrine Hospital Staff was chartered on August 9, 1974
with (25) members, The purpose for the forming of the Hospital Staff
by Hadi Temple was that a Staff was needed to aid and assist
families in the successful accomplishments of the application for
their child to the Shrine Hopitals.
Transportation (Driving of Van) transporting patients to the
Shrine Hospitals. To acquaiant the general public and other
fraternal, civic and religious groups with the work of the Shrine
Hospitals and hospital programs through the medium of visual aids,
lectures and personal tours of the Hospitals.
An application, completed by the family, is the first step to have a
child admitted for treatment to one of our 19 orthopaedic or 4 burn
Shrine Hospitals providing excellent medical care to children up to
their 18th birthday regardless of their race, religion or relationship
to a Shriner. All care at the Shrine Hospital is provided without cost
to the patient's parent or any third party.
